Conducted a 10 day diary study to understand how users interact with a major monetization hook. This study resulted in me driving user insights to ship, leading implementation of product changes to improve the UX of the feature.

A blend of usability and concept testing to understand which explanation makes the terms of the promotion the most clear, and uncover any other lack of clarity in the subscription experience.

Used mixed methods (survey, sentiment analysis, competitive analysis, in-app audit) to root foundational design work in 3 key focus areas based on user paint points of our gem and in-app purchase ecosystem. 

A blend of foundational, generative, and evaluative research to understand how older adults use rideshare apps, resulting in a hi-fi prototype of an experience for older adults, using design requirements directly mapped to user insight.
